Empower others to make decisions and contribute by increasing accountability for their work while removing controls.
Assign people specialised tasks that allow them to become experts.
Enable people to take on new, more difficult tasks they haven’t handled before, and support them.

Share credit for success in public and for failures in private.
Make personal contact, treat with respectt. By humble, be thankful.
