Stephen Seymour

Stephen is our Head of Coaching and Mentoring and he brings to the role over 20 years of experience in human resources as well as a passion for people development, organisational transformation and performance management.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Stephen has extensive experience of devising and delivering business benefits to organisations by ensuring that the organisation has the right people and the people have the right attitude and aptitude to deliver.

A generalist HR professional, Stephen has operated across all levels up to and including board level in a number of organisations and is an excellent strategic thinker and problem solver. He has worked in both the public and private sectors and supported organisations from SME’s to large multi nationals with leadership, operational, strategic and developmental issues to ensure a positive change.

Stephen is currently working on a number of projects with LeaderGen’s clients including transformational change, business mentoring, career management and team development.
