I certainly recommend this programme, to all who desire to gain the best out of other! Personally, I can testify that the LeaderGen Foundation to Coaching and Mentoring workshop proved to be, motivational and innovative. The programme taught me how to gain the best from others by applying the T- Grow Model.

I believe the impartation I received from this programme facilitated by Leadergen Ltd, is the catalyst to my development within coaching and mentoring others. The tools acquired can be utilised not only within the healthcare arena, but also within any organisation that thrives to improve individual performance as well as organisational excellence.    

As a health professional I was challenged to reflect on my own notions relating to coaching and mentoring. Through effective communication and group dynamics during this programme, I was able to re-examine my personal beliefs, valves, and skills in order to encourage those I coach and mentor take responsibility for their own action plan.  

This programme was successful, due to the excellent delivery of those facilitating the sessions.
