How it works

We recommend a 6 month programme of one-2-one coaching with options for 12 and 24 months, consisting of 1 x 90 min coaching session per month.  In 6 x months we would seek to:

• Evaluate skills, ability & capability. 
• Assess where inner confidence level is and how to raise it further. 
• Develop winning attitudes, befliefs and behaviours
• Improve time management. 
• Enhance strategic thinking.

The executive may be required to be away from office 1 x day per month for training workshops.

What's included?

The service includes:

• Telephone support from coach/mentor. 
• Helpline support available in and outside the working day charged at £1.50per min day, and £2 per min evenings.
