Maintaining Excellence

Supervision is vital for maintaining the highest ethical standards and practices. All of our coaches are required to have regular supervision from a professional Coach Supervisor/Mentor (CSM). The role of the CSM is to hold regular sessions with our coaches to support them through the coaching process, help them identify limitations, discover new approaches, and identify development needs. The form of this, duration and frequency will vary depending on the nature of coaching being undertaken.

The CSM performs a dual role:

• Supervision of the coach to assess competence and ensure that the client is never compromised, and that the highest ethical and coaching standards are maintained. 
• Mentoring and coaching to ensure that the coach receives the appropriate support to manage their clients as well as develop their skills and abilities.

Our CSM leader is Jackie Arnold, a highly professional executive coach with over 15 years of international coaching expertise. We offer a range of competitively priced coaching and mentoring packages.
