12 sessions (lasting up to 2 hours each) and valued at £250 per session over a period of 6 or 12 months;

Detailed reporting, at the end of each session, that outlines progresses and future actions agreed;

Extra comprehensive assistance between session in the form of emails and short phone calls;

One catch up session to be planned at 3 to 6 months after the completion of the coaching programme.
