A practical application 2 x day workshop using a live business case to equip you with the skills to strategically plan and implement successful action plans, operating at director level in the public or private sector. This intensive and challenging workshop is designed to provide you with a sound grounding in the practical techniques and concepts used to plan for success, and the skills required to make the desired changes happen.

Participants will get to work on their own organisational issues throughout the 2 x day workshop, and you will be encouraged to exchange ideas and experiences with your peers, to create a unique and dynamic environment to accelerate your learning and energise your thinking.
