HOW IT WORKS
LeaderSets takes place over a period of 6 - 12 months, with 6 - 8 people meeting once a month, at locations to suit the majority of participants.
Each confidential session is run under the professional guidance of a LeaderGen coach/mentor. All of our associates have distinguished records of achievement and experience at director level, major plc senior management or within recognised successful organisations.
At every monthly LeaderSet session:
- Each set member brings ‘live’ workplace/business challenge, issue or problem to discuss with group.
- Through a process of structured questioning, other set members challenge views, perceptions, assumptions and understanding, as well as share knowledge.
- New insights, ideas and solutions gained.
- New thinking/solutions are tested out in the workplace.
- Results brought back to set for analysis – what worked, what didn’t and why?
- Individual reflects on learning and integrates new knowledge into practice.
LeaderSet can be supplemented with intensive 1-2-1 leadership coaching or mentoring to embed learning.

LEARNING STYLES
LeaderSets place a great emphasis on practical and experiential learning based on the real challenges of the business/organisation, for improving individual effectiveness.
Participants will be encouraged to keep personal learning logs to record their learning and personal objectives, and chart their progress in meeting objectives. The learning methodology will also include:

- Profiling questionnaires and self-assessment tools

- Personal performance review
- Goal setting – Personal Action Plans.
