Who you are being communicates much more effectively than anything you say or do. It’s what’s called the X Factor  - the special something that makes you unique,  intriguing and irresistible. Some people are born with it. Those who aren’t – can develop it, using techniques derived from studying the habits of very successful people.

This workshop will help you tap into your inner power to achieve success in all your endeavours through being your natural charismatic Self. As you put into practice these simple principles and techniques, you will begin to change your life, one interaction at a time.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

Great leaders are able to attract and draw willing followers to them through radiating integrity; a genuineness that builds trust, and admiration. Practiced over time, being at peace rather than in conflict with yourself, can create a state of being which is often referred to as personal magnetism or charisma. The purpose of the workshop is to create a new level of authenticity, a new way of communicating who you are and what you believe, as a person and as a leader. It’s about being authentic with your colleagues, your family and most importantly, with yourself.

The workshop will:-

  • provide you with simple techniques to help you access and become more comfortable with your true natural self.
  • show you how to communicate effectively so you always know what to say, how to say it so you can ‘sell’ yourself more easily.
  • show you how to develop your natural charisma to command attention and authority by being authentic, so you can start to capitalise on the enormous potential you have.
  • help you feel free to embrace, exert and exercise your personal power and leadership no matter what your position to achieve business, career or personal success effortlessly.
  • raise awareness of the importance of non-verbal and verbal communication e.g. building rapport for enhancing your effective communication skills.


Over the course of the day you will have the opportunity to create, practice and deliver an ‘elevation pitch’ which captures in just one sentence your uniquely special qualities. These ‘presentations’ will be developed through rehearsal and feedback. The latter part of the day will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on:-

  • The significant learning gained.
  • The key factors/elements that made the biggest difference. 
  • Personal strategies for maintaining courage and focus to remain the real you.
  • Identifying gaps and ongoing areas for personal development.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 14 days before the events will qualify for a 50% refund. Refunds cannot be made after that.
