As coaches you will already have a lot of NLP tools in your tool box eg building rapports, meeting your clients in their model of the world and asking open questions and using presuppositions. This highly interactive and experiential workshop will offer you additional NLP tools and techniques which will assist you in effectively exceeding your clients’ needs.

Requests will be acknowledged with an invoice that must be paid within seven days to ensure a confirmed booking. Full confirmation and attendance details will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 14 days before the events will qualify for a 50% refund. Refunds cannot be made after that.
LeaderGen reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme content, time and date of the event. In the unlikely event of cancellation, the delegate will be refunded in full but LeaderGen will not be held liable for any costs delegates may incur as a result of such a cancellation.
