Please include trade references for organisations that you have served within the past year.
Together with a supporting letter explaining why and how you think you can best contribute to Leadergen.
Please include a cheque for the sum of £50.00 which contributes towards the cost of administering the selection process. Telephone screening interviews include preset questions that are applied to all candidates in order that evaluation is not over subjective.
Within ten days of the telephone screening interview, you will be notified in writing if your application will proceed to the next step. In which case an interview will be arranged.

Step Three – Interview

All candidates will be interviewed by Marilyn Comrie, Leadergen Managing Director.
Candidates should be prepared for the possibility of a second interview. Successful candidates will be notified in writing within seven days.

Step Four - Successful Candidates

During the first three months probationary period, assignments will be closely monitored by a member of the management team in addition to analysis of client feedback through our customer satisfaction surveys. Having made the commitment, LeaderGen will provide personal development assistance to help successful candidates to pass the probationary period. We help because we simply want our selected candidates to achieve LeaderGen professional standards and thereby safeguard the company’s reputation for excellence.
